We are currently looking for an experienced controls engineer to join our growing automation team!

 

Location: 21 Charlestown Dr, Portadown, Craigavon BT63 5GA

 

Pay: Competitive salary dependant on experience

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical support with the commissioning of inverters, PLCs and HMIs
  • Programming and fault finding on PLC systems
  • Work alongside engineering team and customers to drive performance and efficiency
  • Take part in relevant engineering projects when required
  • Assembly of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Project management

 

About You

Requirements

We’d really like to hear from you if you have...

  • HNC in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in electrical engineering 
  • Experience specialising in controls equipment
  • The ability to fault find on electrical systems
  • Excellent knowledge of controls systems, automated equipment and PLC's
  • Ability to program complete PLC projects
  • Desire to progress and up-skill technically
  • Strong IT skills and network protocol awareness
